All Around Orlando DMC was founded in 2025 by Jesse Henriquez. After 20 years in the event industry, Jesse built a company focused on seamless, personalized service in Central Florida.
He began by working hands-on at events, eventually joining a local Orlando DMC full-time. His career took him across the country, managing everything from small leadership meetings to large-scale National Sales Meetings.
After COVID, Jesse joined another Orlando-based DMC located at a major resort. There, he gained valuable insight into the importance of quality control. He soon recognized an opportunity in the market—and founded All Around Orlando, a DMC fully focused on the Orlando experience.
Jesse was later joined by Amber Parnell, now Vice President of the company. Amber brings a dynamic background in retail leadership and event execution. As a former General Manager for Victoria’s Secret and PINK, she oversaw a $10 million operation and thrived in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
From there Amber sharpened her skills at one of Orlando’s Biggest Resort’s. She quickly saw the demand for a reputable, client-focused DMC that truly understands the local market.
Together, Jesse and Amber combine creativity, leadership, and logistics expertise. Their shared vision: deliver reliable, high-impact events for corporate clients visiting Central Florida.
Jesse also identified a major gap in the Orlando market—the lack of Latin-focused DMCs. As a Latin business owner, he understands the importance of cultural connection, language accessibility, and trust.
